Avmap locks this to 1 CF card Somehow Tried and Tried to Unlock it but no Sucess

This is an older database, If any of you can figure out how to unlock it so it will work on other Compact Flash Cards I will Re subscribe to the Yearly Updates and Post then as they are received. 

If you can figure it out post a comment if you can figure out how to unlock the CF ID on it..
